"Both Anafo and his wife were blinded by river blindness, a disease prevalent throughout West Africa. Sight Savers and local organisations help to retrain farmers like Anafo to continue their work. 'I have always been a farmer. This was my father’s place and he is buried here in this earth, just as I will be.'"
