Working in partnership
Sightsavers does not carry out work directly, but instead work with local partners. This ranges from small organisations for disabled people, to hospitals and local and national governments, with Sightsavers providing financial support and expertise to help reach as many people as possible.
We also recognise the value in working together with other like-minded organisations on a national and global scale, to make more of a difference.
Below are examples of some of the organisations we work with.
Ending the neglect
Sightsavers has joined forces with four other organisations to tackle the 17 neglected tropical diseases.
Increasing impact through collaboration
We are delighted to announce a new five-year strategic partnership with Helen Keller International (HKI), a US-based organisation with a long history in preventing blindness and reducing malnutrition.
An exciting new partnership
We're pleased to announce a new strategic alliance with The Fred Hollows Foundation!
A perfect partnership
Working with the Women's Development Centre in Sri Lanka allows us to reach vulnerable people we would not otherwise be able to.
A tale of two hospitals
Find out about two of our partner hospitals in North India, at vastly different stages in their development.
